Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Cene accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Can I Track My Order?
After placing your order online, you’ll be able to view the purchase details, track its progress, and get shipping updates in the My Account area. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll also receive a tracking link.
Are duties and taxes calculated on my order?
UNITED KINGDOM
All UK prices include VAT at the applicable rate. There are no additional UK taxes or duties to pay.
EUROPE
We take care of all duties and taxes for EU deliveries. However, some countries may ask you to provide extra customs details to the courier before your order can be delivered.
USA & CANADA
Duties and taxes are fully covered on all orders to the US and Canada. In some cases, you might need to supply additional customs information to the shipping provider.
REST OF WORLD
For destinations outside the regions above, duties and taxes may be charged and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may also require customs information before delivery.
